The KIC Wave Surfer is a system designed to provide critical data on wave solder machine set up and performance.

Used in conjunction with a KIC profiler (6, 7 & 9 channel models) and KIC software, you can ensure your wave solder machine is set up and performing properly.
Easy, accurate and repeatable operation using KIC’s award winning software.
The software graphically guides you through each easy step to first acquire a profile and then to optionally optimise the process.

Once the profile is complete, the graph and report will display:

• User defined preheat data and Process Window Index for:
  • Peak preheat temps
  • Ramp rates
  • Total time above temps
  • Miscellaneous user defined parameters
• Measured conveyor speed
