F40s Full HD Digital Microscope with 60fps Video

The F40s Advanced Digital Microscope is designed to cover the key every increasing demands of modern PCB assembly within Electronics Manufacturing

The F40s creates vivid Full HD video at 60 fps and low latency with fast auto-focusing and with a 226 mm free working distance the F40s offers the user a completely free working area for assembly, soldering, rework and repair applications.
This allows for equipment and tools to be used and avoid the traditional microscope and stereo microscope issues where you are working blind and there is no space between the lens and the subject.

The system’s standard optics produces 2.5x – 100x magnification (on 28” monitor) maintaining high image quality across the entire field of view and if further magnification is needed, a wide range of macro Lenses can be added to significantly increase magnification, up to 1130x equal to x400 optical magnification or 0.53mm field of view.

Solder Joint and Final PCBA Inspection – Solder Joint and Final Inspection of the Printed Circuit Board Assembly prior to test and assembly.
With higher magnification than standard microscopes, stereoscopic viewers and simple light magnifiers the F40s (up to x100 magnification) can be used for detailed inspection of the smallest components and solder joints.

Assembly and Final Product Inspection – Trap known assembly, Box-Build and Final Product Assembly issues by inspecting at key stages to ensure critical parts are assembled correctly and in the correct orientation

New 360 Degree Rotating Viewer offers a new Angle on Inspection

Top down inspection with good lighting can provide excellent video for the user, but for an even better view the New 360 Degree Rotating Viewer allows an instant switch to a 32 degree angle, with 360 degree rotation.
