Ultimate In-Line PCB Inspection Camera

Inline Fully Integrated 4k, 2160p PCB Inspection camera with 60x magnification provides the user with clear detailed images of the PCB prior to the board being processed through the SMT reflow oven.

The U30s camera can be added to your infeed conveyor using either the In-line X-Y stand or the compact X-Y stand to provide inspection across even the largest of boards.

The Inspectis U30s X-Y Inline Inspection System is designed for use with all Conveyor Systems in SMT electronics assembly areas; solder paste deposit inspection, pre-reflow oven inspection, detailed inspection of OAI fails, rework/repair inspection & final product inspection.
The most useful stage it the pre-reflow inspection stage. This allows the user to carry out either first article inspection (before producing a batch on boards) or 100% inspection of every board.
It also allows for critical device inspection, ensuring odd-form or manually placed parts are placed correctly located and orientated before soldering through the SMT Reflow Oven process – much easier to correct pre-reflow and therefore reduces costly rework.

Making Inspection Easy

Simple on-board camera controls allows the user to effortlessly move the camera across the whole inspection area, zoom in & out easily and also adjust the brightness.

The standard 30x zoom optics offer ~2-60x magnification (on a 28” monitor) and provides high quality images of the PCB without the need to handle the board.
Additional lenses can be added to increase the magnification further.

The U30s X-Y Inline Digital Inspection Microscope offer true ease of use with all the basic parameters such as 30x zoom, auto-focus (on or off), brightness and colour levels controlled by the user through simple on-board buttons on top of the device.

In addition optional wired remote controls are available to offer further image controls and fast recall preset features.

In combination with INSPECTIS 4-direction camera tilt device, components and parts can be side viewed at ± 30° slope angles along both X and Y-axes.
