KIC Common Recipe Finder Software for Thermal Analysis System

The Common Recipe Finder™ is part of KIC’s NEW Thermal Analysis System™ which features advanced profiling software designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of thermal processes found within electronics manufacturing.

This tool significantly reduces changeover times by identifying optimal SMT reflow recipes that can be used across multiple PCB assemblies, thus improving both equipment utilisation and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Using predictive algorithms and AI to automate generation of common recipes, it enables manufacturers to streamline oven setups and minimise the number of unique recipes required on their reflow ovens.
Having less oven recipes, with more products being run on the same reflow profile is hugely beneficial in reducing oven downtime and boosting productivity.

In addition new product PCB profiling is faster, providing more accurate reflow oven process setups without spending hours of production and engineering time.
