Users with existing, well proven reflow recipes may want to keep these for use with new products, however KIC’s Navigator Prediction Software automatically centre’s the process for best optimisation…in the middle of the specification.

The Sweet Spot option allows you to shift the optimised specs from the centre to your own defined “Sweet Spot”.

The PWI is then at 0% when exactly on the Sweet Spot and prediction can then be used to keep new products around these known good specs.
