High Accuracy and Repeatability

The Clever Dispense 06 H is a professional electronic dispenser for applications that require the highest accuracy and a maximum control of material viscosity.
These dispensers allow for heating of the dispensing nozzle and material cartridge.

Dispensing Library

The dispensing pressure, temperature and retract vacuum are program-controlled using time-pressure-technology and dispensing recipes can be created with all the key application parameters saved to allow for easy change of material. An in-built library of existing materials allows for quick set-up and you can create your own materials/parameters and add them to the library.

Volumetric Time-Pressure Dispensing Technology

The cartridge temperature is constantly monitored to allow the Clever Dispense control unit to compensate for viscosity variations dependent on the material temperature.

Anti-Drip

The formation of drops at the dispensing needle is prevented through a retract vacuum.
