ZeroSmog Guard Light Base Filter Unit

The ZeroSmog Guard Light filter unit can be used for single user solder fume extraction with a range of extraction arms and nozzles to suit all applications.

It can also be used as a drop-in replacement for existing workbench fume extraction systems already using Weller filter Click 60 arms and hose connections, reducing the cost of upgrading your solder fume filter.

The ZeroSmog Guard Light Filter Unit can replace existing Weller and older Filtronic filter system such as MG95, MG100, MG130 & MG140.

Replacement Filters

The ZeroSmog Guard Filters can be purchased as a SET, consisting of ONE Main Filter plus 5 Prefilters.

It’s important to change the prefilters regularly to maintain suction and overall system performance but also it protects the main filter.

The ZeroSmog Guard Light is supplied with the Standard Filter Set suitable for removal of Solder Fumes, but if required the Wideband Gas Filter Set can be used as a replacement – this provides for removal of gases and odours across a broader range of applications, but still includes solder fumes.
