Vacutek Professional Vacuum Heat Sealer with external suction

Vacutek is an external aspiration vacuum heat sealing machine for use in EPAs (ESD Protected Areas) found in Electronics Manufacturing.

Designed to improve Moisture Sensitive Device handling, allowing parts to be quickly repackaged, prolonging the useable floor-life of these critical devices.
Can also be used in combination with a Baking Oven to reset the floor-life of Moisture Sensitive Devices.

This hand operated manual unit is ideal for occasional, low to medium sealing volumes.
The operation is started by holding the lid down, at which point the vacuum forms a seal which holds the jaws in place until the cycle is finished or the use ends the process by pressing ‘SEAL’.

A motorised version is available which uses a footswitch to initiate the closing of the jaws, freeing up the operators hands to load the bag more easily.
