The LWD (Long Working Distance) range of Digital Microscopes offer a magnified image with a deep depth of focus which is perfect for applications where a clear, free working space is required around the part to be inspected, assembled or reworked.
It allows for manual handling of larger PCB’s, PCB assemblies or finished products, or when soldering SMD components in either assembly, rework or repair applications.

The F35s Full HD inspection systems offer 35x optical zoom, very fast auto-focusing and high quality live video images to allow real-time inspection of PCBs.
This makes the F35s-LWD perfect for micro-assembly, soldering and rework applications, allowing clear access for soldering irons and rework tools without affecting the image quality or focus.

Ergonomics – Designed for the User

The F35s-LWD inspection camera has a unique ergonomic design, extending the working height of the camera to 500mm and with the monitor positioned directly in front of the user they will have a completely unrestricted view of the PCB or component and a free area to work within. The Inspectis LWD system provides the optimum user friendly inspection position, delivering excellent operator comfort and ease of inspection.

Simply connect the Digital Microscope to a HD monitor and you’re ready for any Inspection task.
Key on-board camera controls offer zoom, auto/manual focus switching, brightness & white balance adjustments to provide control over the live video for any given subject.
Optional wired remote controls offer improved ease of use or advanced camera controls, both of which can be added later if the application requires.

All Inspectis inspection systems can be connected to a PC or Laptop and used with Inspectis Software to add image capture, for when traceability, reporting and measurement are required.
