The County EVO SMD Component Reel Counting Station is an add-on Worktop that adds SMD counting capability to an existing County Counter.
The NEW SMD Component Counting Worktop provides a sturdy base for counting all SMD reel sizes.

Simply connect the Worktop to your existing County EVO Manual Component Counter and fit with an SMD Adaptor and SMD Handle to allow counting of taped SMD components on reels.

Please Note – this is an add-on accessory, therefore if you are looking to purchase a complete counting system you will need also the the  County EVO Manual Component Counter and the SMD Adaptor to provide a full working system.

Additional Optional Accessories for the SMT reel counters include:-

An ‘Empty’ Aluminium SMD Reel to speed up component loading and counting.
A label printer which allows for a new component reel label to be placed on each SMD Component Reel (*Requires 8301.088 Model County EVO Counter)
A barcode reader used to add the component part number to the SMD reel component label after counting (*Requires 8301.088 Model County EVO Counter)

Ideal for SMT kitting of components, SMT reel storage areas and SMT production areas, allowing for accurate component count when returning part-used SMD component reels back to stock.
