SMD Reel Storage Trolley (supplied without SMD Reel Racks)

Used for storage and transportation of electronics component reels around the factory, from stores to the SMT lines.

Consists of 3 adjustable supports for reel racks and a lower shelf for trays or bulky items.
The perforated lower rail support prevents dust build-up.

The frame, reel supports and lower shelf are all ESD throughout, finished in a semi-conductive epoxy powder coated steel in grey ( RAL 7045) with 4 conductive swivel castors Ø 125 mm, all with brakes.

Load capacities: 50 kg per shelf support, total 200 kg per trolley.
Overall dimensions L x D x H: 1100 x 530 x 1780 mm.
