The County Counter range of Component Counters offers solutions for Axial, Radial & SMD reeled components.

The County SMD Component Counting Empty Reel can be used with the County EVO Manual Component Counter and the County EVO SMD Component Reel Counting Station to allow counting of taped SMD components.

Compatible with the County-S EVO Motorised SMD Reel Counters

Optional accessories for the SMT reel counters include:-

A NEW Worktop for stability of counting SMD component reels.
County SMD Adaptor for Taped SMD Component Reels
A label printer which allows for a new component reel label to be fitted to each SMD Component Reel.
A barcode reader to allow component part numbers to be added to the SMD reel component label after counting.

Ideal for SMT kitting of components, SMT reel storage areas, SMT production areas to allow for the part-used SMD component reels to be counted and returned to stores with an accurate component count, ensuring your component stock is always correct.
