700 Litre Dry Storage Cabinet for Moisture Sensitive Devices

The GHIBLI PRO component dry storage cabinets create a low humidity storage environment for MSD (Moisture Sensitive Devices), guaranteed less than 5% RH but typically achieving down to 2% RH.

The main advantage of the PRO series is that they are plug and play, just connect to the mains power, switch on and leave.

They are not controlled by sensor therefore they run continuously to provide the lowest Relative Humidity, eliminating issues with faulty hygrometers which can send the cabinet and your components out of range.

Dehumidifiers – How do they work?

The basic concept of a dry storage dehumidifier is that a section of an absorbent material is exposed to the air inside the cabinet, capturing the moisture and then after a drying period the unit switches to a regeneration mode.
Simply passing heated air over the material to dry and forcing the moist air to the outside of the cabinet – this process runs continuously.

These component dry storage cabinets comply with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033B.1 and are also ESD compliant.
Each cabinet is supplied with a portable humidity/temperature meter, DryLogger, with datalogging function.

The GHIBLI Advanced Line Cabinets offer the same key features and performance but also include automated LED lighting, Integrated Humidity & Temperature Display (instead of the portable unit used in the PRO series) and an Ethernet port for monitoring to a remote PC and for management of the Alarms.
