PCB Masking

We offer a wide range of masking materials for PCB applications.

1mil & 2mil Polyimide/Kapton Films for Electrical Isolation, Wave Solder masking, Gold Finger masking (SMT Reflow) & Conformal Coating masking.

5mil Polyimide/Kapton Masking for use with Auto-Apply Label Feeders and Applicators; For Electrical Isolation, Wave Solder masking, Gold Finger masking (SMT Reflow) & Conformal Coating masking. Can also be used as a SMT pick up dot/component cover tape, to allow vacuum pick-up of odd-form parts via a placement machine.

HTMT (High Temperature Masking Tape) is Crepe Paper Masking for wave solder & Conformal Coating applications. Available as standard or in an auto-apply format.

1-mil Polyester Film Masking with Thermosetting Rubber Adhesive for high conformability to PCB tracks, best for conformal coating, electro-plating and etching
