Auto-Focus Power™ is a ‘recipe search engine’ with an intelligent database.

Initially all PCB’s profiled are added to the database.

By adding the PCB’s dimensions and weight to the profile the software now has the mass of the product in the database.

Then when creating new profiles the user starts by entering the PCB dimensions & weight and the software then quickly compares the information to existing, known good recipes, oven properties, thermal transfer rate, PCB characteristics and varying process windows to provide very accurate oven recipe setup without first running an initial baseline profile.
