Fast SMD Component Reel Counter

To ensure you always have the correct stock of all your SMD components it is essential for good stock management, especially for part-used SMD reels returning to stores from Surface Mount Production areas.

You can estimate attrition, or use a gauge to estimate how many components are still left on that reel but if your stock is wrong it will stop your production in it’s track when the component is next used.
Valuable production time is then lost either re-kitting for another job or delaying the build for a delivery of components.

It’s now quick and easy to count your component stocks correctly back in to your stores and ensure you always know exactly how many is on that reel.

Example – A 10k reel of 0402 components can be counted and rewound in less than 50 seconds!

If the optional printer is purchased a label can be added showing the date and quantity of the last count and a barcode reader can be used to scan the existing labels to duplicate component part numbers.

Component Reel Counter for Accurate Stock Control

The County-S EVO motorised SMD Component Reel Counter is a mains operated component counter for all taped SMD’s.
Variable speed control and adjustable guides allow for high speed, accurate counting of full or part used component reels, across all common SMD tape widths, types and reel sizes.
A preset mode enables this component counter to count a defined quantity and stop, useful for splitting reels where the same component is required on different lines, or for kitting jobs when sending components to NPI or external manufacturing sites.

An optional open topped aluminum ‘Empty’ reel allows quick and easy loading of tapes up to 56mm.
