Filtronic Fume Extraction Filter Design

All Filtronic Filters are designed carefully to ensure the amount of filter media is balanced with the maximum airflow of the fume  extractor.

This balanced design is critical to safely remove the harmful gasses and particles returning only fully conditioned air back into the work place.

The higher the airflow the more volume of filter media is required, this allows time for the gasses to be absorbed. 

Different to other leading fume extractors on the market, the Filtronic systems are Swedish designed and manufactured, to meet stringent regulations. Many other fume extractors boast high airflow rates as an impressive statistic when the filter is not balanced to cope the air flowing through them.

A Hepa Class H13 Filter 99.95 efficient.

< Gas Filter
        Carbon and Chemisorbant pellets. 99.98% efficient.

A Pre-Filter may come as standard on some of the Filtronic Fume Extractor Systems.

An Optional Pre-Filter can be fitted to other systems when required.
A Pre-Filter removes the larger particles, this extends the life of the main filter.

Quoting the CAS number will provide a recommendation for the correct filter for your application.
